Union (a poem)

I am the abandoned one

the time keeper

the savior

the all

i have been abandoned

through forgetfulness

through neglect

left to starve

for comfort

and a companion

I am not afraid

of the dark any longer

i have lived here

so long we are friends

I am the light inside it

I am the child

I am the friend

I am the one who greets

the traveler

replenishes him

loves him unto

his return

as king to his reign
